SmileBay Realties Limited was incorporated under the Companies and Allied Matters Act of 1990 on the 27th of November, 2012, to carry out the business of development, lease and Sales of real estate as well as the business of factoring as commissioned sales agent for independent real estate developers and owners including individuals and corporate bodies.
SmileBay Realties Limited was first conceived several years ago and became a reality some years back from a conception to birth stage crisis crossing several years of corporate experience both as real estate agents and matured property sales personnel/executive with various firms within the country versed in Real estate sales and development.
It is from the extensive research undertaken by our firm that we have mapped out strategies to eradicate the previous modus operandi of the real estate agency business in Nigeria as well as challenges faced by real estate developers, owners and investors as well as buyers in their efforts to either buy a home or generate cash flow from property.
We have within our vision, the final eradication of the non-professional mode of estate management as soon as the vision is shared by our clients arising from the satisfaction they are bound to receive from our services.
We have designed a strategy to help all our customers and clients, maximize their investments in the real estate market as we have an internet based rental income generated from property that ensures that investors are paid rent daily or monthly against the yearly rental income in Nigeria.
